Como Junior Meneses, de 16 años de edad, fue identificada la víctima número 13 de la Ope ración Rondón implementada por el Ejército en diferentes zonas de Barlovento, estado Miranda, se conoció ayer.El adolescente fue detenido, golpeado y torturado el 19 de noviembre y su cadáver fue localizado posteriormente en el sector La Arenosa, en el municipio Acevedo, estado Miranda.
