III D I S P O S I T I V A En fuerza de las consideraciones de hecho y de derecho que se han dejado expuestas, este Juzgado Superior Civil, Mercantil y de Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Trujillo, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara SIN LUGAR la apelación ejercida por el querellante, contra la sentencia dictada por el A quo el 5 de agosto de 2015. Se declara SIN LUGAR la presente querella interdictal de amparo a la posesión propuesta por el ciudadano Segundo L.P.Y. contra la ciudadana D.L.M. viuda de Picón, ambos identificados en autos, contenida en el expediente número 11960, nomenclatura del a quo, y que versa sobre el inmueble formado por un lote de terreno situado en la Avenida el Cementerio, diagonal al cementerio municipal, de la ciudad de Valera, estado Trujillo, con una superficie aproximada de cuatrocientos setenta y dos metros cuadrados con cuarenta y una.....
