Este JUZGADO SEXTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACIÓN, MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ANZOATEGUI, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, HOMOLOGA EL ACUERDO DE LAS PARTES, dándole efectos de COSA JUZGADA; de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la parte in fine del artículo 258, 89 numeral 2° de la constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, artículo 3 de la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo, 10 del Reglamento de la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo y por aplicación analógica del artículo 133 de la ley adjetiva laboral. Asimismo se acuerda la devolución de las pruebas promovidas en esta audiencia preliminar de instalación, quienes la reciben conformen. De igual forma ordena dar por terminado el presente procedimiento y su remisión al archivo judicial por cuanto no existen más actuaciones que cumplir. El Tribunal ordena certificar el presente acuerdo a los fines de su archivo en el copiador.....
