JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEXTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.

En horas de despacho del día de hoy TRES (03) de agosto de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00), presentes en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior en el acto de distribución correspondiente, el Juez Temporal ABG. L.P.G., la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V., la Alguacil Titular R.M. y la ciudadana Inspectora de Tribunales Abogada C.D.B. designada según oficio No. 0730-11 de fecha 10 de junio de 2011. Seguidamente el juez expone: “Se deja constancia que en el día de hoy no se efectúo acto de distribución diaria de causas a los Juzgados Superiores en lo Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, ello en virtud que concluyó el lapso de tiempo fijado por este Juzgado para la recepción de asuntos a distribuir no ingresando asunto alguno. Se deja constancia que tal como se indicó en el acta Nº 2675, de fecha 16 de febrero de 2011, levantada por este Tribunal, el siguiente sorteo comenzará por el Tribunal SUPERIOR QUINTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS. Es todo, se leyó y conformes firman.
