En horas del día de hoy seis (06) de octubre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior el Juez Temporal a cargo de éste Tribunal ABG. L.P.G., la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V. y la Alguacil Titular R.M.. Se deja constancia que ingresaron dentro del horario acordado para distribuir DOS (2) asuntos, en razón de ello se establece que la totalidad de los asuntos a distribuir es de DOS(2) y que según el último acto de insaculación de fecha 05/10/2011, vertido en el acta N° 2697, levantada por este tribunal, el último expediente se le asignó al Juzgado SUPERIOR CUARTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, comenzando en consecuencia en el JUZGADO SUPERIOR QUINTO; quedando los expedientes asignados previa insaculación de la siguiente manera:

AL JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEXTO: 0910279 (INHIBICION DE EJECUCION DE HIP)
