En horas del día de hoy once (11) de octubrede 2011, siendo la una post meridiem (1:00) hora fijada para que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy, y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior la Jueza Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal DRA. R.D.S.G., la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V. y la Alguacil Titular R.M.. Se deja constancia que en el día de hoy no se efectúo el acto de distribución diaria de causas a los Juzgado Superiores en lo Civil, Mercantil, del Tránsito y Bancario de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, ello en virtud de que dentro del horario acordado para distribuir ingresó un (01) asunto.
Se deja constancia que tal como se indicó en el acta Nro. 2700 de fecha 10 de Octubre de 2011, levantada por este Tribunal, la siguiente distribución comenzará por el JUZGADO SUPERIOR QUINTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
