En horas del día de hoy dieciséis (16) de noviembre de 2011, siendo las dos post meridiem (2:00pm) hora fijada par que tenga lugar el acto de distribución del día de hoy y presentes como se encuentran en la Sala de Audiencias de éste Juzgado Superior la Jueza Titular a cargo de éste Tribunal DRA. R.D.S.G., la Secretaria Temporal ABG. M.A. LONGART V. y la Alguacil Titular R.M.. Se deja constancia que en el día de hoy no se efectuó el acto de distribución diaria de causas a los Juzgados Superiores en lo Civil, Mercantil, del Tránsito y Bancario de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, ello en virtud de que la Juez Titular Dra. R.D.S.G. asistió a presentar informes en un Recurso de Nulidad interpuesto en contra del acto administrativo emanado de la Comisión de Funcionamiento y Reestructuración del Sistema Judicial de la causa No. 2009-1057 y 2009-591 de la Sala Político Administrativa del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.
Se deja constancia que tal como se indicó en el acta Nro. 2725 de fecha 15 de Noviembre de 2011, levantada por este Tribunal, la siguiente distribución comenzará por el JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEXTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS.
