RESUMEN
La escasa motivación, la percepción de dificultad y la ansiedad matemática siguen siendo
retos presentes en la educación superior relacionados con la enseñanza de la
Estadística. En este sentido, la investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el papel de las
actividades didácticas basadas en Inteligencia Artificial como estrategias pedagógicas
concretas que tributan al fomento el aprendizaje de la Estadística en estudiantes de la
educación superior. Mediante la revisión de literatura reciente sobre estos temas, se
identificaron estrategias educativas modernas que, vinculadas a entornos virtuales,
especialmente a la Inteligencia Artificial, y a la realidad empresarial, han tributado a
mejorar el nivel de motivación, el rendimiento académico y la confianza estudiantil hacia
el aprendizaje de la Estadística. Específicamente, la Inteligencia Artificial, siempre que
sea utilizada cumpliendo principios éticos y humanistas, se comporta como un recurso
pedagógico que contribuye a personalizar el aprendizaje y optimizar la práctica docente.

ABSTRACT
Low motivation, the perception of difficulty, and math anxiety remain ongoing challenges
in higher education related to the teaching of Statistics. In this sense, the research aimed
to analyze the role of didactic activities based on Artificial Intelligence as concrete
pedagogical strategies that contribute to promoting the learning of Statistics in higher
education students. Through a review of recent literature on these topics, modern
educational strategies were identified which, when linked to virtual environments,
particularly Artificial Intelligence, and to business realities, have contributed to improving
motivation levels, academic performance, and student confidence toward learning
Statistics. Specifically, Artificial Intelligence, provided it is used in accordance with ethical
and humanistic principles, functions as a pedagogical resource that helps personalize
learning and optimize teaching practice.
