RESUMEN
El objetivo de este estudio fue examinar la asociación entre la gestión de la calidad educativa y las aptitudes digitales de los
maestros en un Centro Educativo Técnico Productivo en Lima, durante el año 2023. La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante
un diseño correlacional no experimental, utilizando encuestas como método de recolección de datos. Se empleó un cuestionario
basado en la escala Likert para medir la gestión de la calidad educativa, así como para evaluar las competencias dig itales de
los docentes. La muestra estuvo formada por 40 profesores de la institución. Los resultados revelaron que el 75% de los
maestros consideró positiva la gestión de la calidad educativa, mientras que el 65% calificó su competencia digital como
intermedia. En resumen, se observó una correlación alta entre la gestió n de la calidad educativa y las habilidades digitales de
los docentes.
