En virtud de lo antes expuesto, este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Función de Ejecución de la Sección Penal de Adolescente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Táchira, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, decide:
Declara sin lugar declara sin lugar la solicitud de que se ratifiquen nuevamente los oficios dirigidos a los diferentes organismos de seguridad, informando que quedó sin efecto la orden de captura del IDENTIDAD OMITIDA ARTICULO 545 DE LA LOPNA, ya que el mismo se encuentra excluido del Sistema Integrado de Información Policial (S. I. I. P. O.L.), en la presente causa.
Devuélvase la presente causa al archivo judicial del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Táchira, a los fines del resguardo de las actuaciones, una vez quede firme la decisión.
Notifíquese a las partes del presente auto, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 179 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, aplicado supletoriamente por remisión expresa del artículo 537 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.
