JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIÓN DE EJECUCIÓN
SECCIÓN DE ADOLESCENTES DEL TRIBUNAL PENAL

En virtud de lo antes expuesto, este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Función de Ejecución de la Sección Penal de Adolescente del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Táchira, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, decide:
Declara sin lugar la solicitud de la defensa en el sentido de ordenar dejar sin efecto la Captura en contra de su representado el joven adulto IDENTIDAD OMITIDA ARTICULO 545 DE LA LOPNAya que el mismo se encuentra excluido del Sistema Integrado de Información Policial.
Declara con lugar la solicitud de la defensa y ordena expedir copia simple de las actas que conforman la causa, a costa de la solicitante.
Notifíquese a las partes del presente auto, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 179 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal, aplicado supletoriamente por remisión expresa del artículo 537 de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niño y del Adolescente.
