Vista la anterior SEPARACIÓN DE CUERPOS Y SEPARACION DE BIENES, presentada por los ciudadanos H.R.A.S. y P.E.M.C., venezolanos, mayores de edad, de este domicilio y titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nos. V-17.743.653 y V-16.887.544, respectivamente, asistidos por la ciudadana Z.Y.G., Abogada en ejercicio e inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 130.022, así como los recaudos acompañados. El Tribunal instó a los cónyuges a la reconciliación y ésta no fue lograda, por lo que de conformidad con los artículos 189 y 190 del Código Civil y 762 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y administrando Justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA: la Separación de Cuerpos y la Separación de Bienes de dichos cónyuges en los propios términos expuestos.
