ASUNTO: VP01-L-2013-001100
Visto el escrito presentado ante la Unidad de Recepción de Documentos, de este Circuito Judicial Laboral, recibido en el día de hoy, donde el Ciudadano A.A.V.M. parte demandante en el presente asunto suficientemente identificado en autos, debidamente asistido por el ciudadano abogado en ejercicio A.C., inpreabogado numero: 152.783 dejan expresa constancia del desistimiento del procedimiento, en contra de la demandada VERSION FINAL C.A. Es por lo que, este Tribunal Séptimo de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Circuito Judicial Laboral de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Zulia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley HOMOLOGA y da por consumado el desistimiento del mismo. Se imparte su aprobación pasándolo en autoridad de COSA JUZGADA. No se condena en costas a la parte demandante de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 62 de la Ley Orgánica procesal de Trabajo. Declarando terminado el presente asunto en el juicio que por CALIFICACIÓN DE DESPIDO. Sigue el ciudadano ut supra mencionado en contra de de la demandada arriba mencionada. Cúmplase.
