Caracas, primero (1°) de agosto de 2013. Año 203º y 154º
Por cuanto en la decisión Nº 579, de fecha 29 de julio de 2013, se incurrió en un error material en la parte dispositiva, relativa a: “contra la sentencia de 5 de julio de 2012, dictada por el Juzgado Superior Primero del Trabajo del Nuevo Régimen y del Régimen Procesal Transitorio de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Barinas”, siendo lo correcto: “contra la sentencia de 5 de diciembre de 2012, dictada por el Juzgado Superior Primero del Trabajo del Nuevo Régimen y del Régimen Procesal Transitorio de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Barinas”. Mediante el presente auto queda subsanado el error en referencia para los fines consiguientes.
