JUZGADO SUPERIOR AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA CON SEDE EN MARACAY Y CON COMPETENCIA EN EL ESTADO CARABOBO

Por cuanto en fecha diecinueve (19) de febrero del presente año finalizó el lapso de 10 días de despacho para la evacuación de las pruebas, en consecuencia este Juzgado Superior Agrario declara formalmente cerrado el mencionado lapso y fija para el tercer (3er) día de despacho siguiente a las once de la mañana (11:00 a.m.), la Audiencia Oral de Informes conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 173 de la Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario, a los fines de que las partes expongan los Informes correspondientes.
