Por recibido en esta misma fecha escrito contentivo del informe sobre los aspectos de hecho y de derecho relacionado con el presente recurso contencioso electoral suscrito por el abogado C.C.U., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el número 90.583, actuando con el carácter de apoderado judicial del C.N.E., se acuerda agregar al expediente judicial el referido escrito así como la copia del poder que lo acredita para actuar como apoderado judicial del mencionado Órgano Electoral y de Gaceta Electoral N° 495 del 07 de agosto de 2009.
