Resumen:Se dictó y publicó sentencia definitiva Nº PJ0172016000108, mediante la cual se ordenó: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR el recurso ordinario de apelación ejercido por el abogado D.F. co-apoderado judicial de la parte demandada. SEGUNDO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por resolución de contrato de promesa bilateral de compra-venta incoada por los ciudadanos: A.V., J.B.Z.V., Thialy Del C.Z.V., Yadelys Zavala Valladares, Glennys T.D.J.Z.V. y Awdreey De Los Á.Z.V., contra los ciudadanos; E.C.O. y J.Á.C.. TERCERO: Queda así REVOCADA la sentencia apelada de fecha 29-03-2016, con los razonamientos aquí expuestos. CUARTO: Se condena en costas a la parte demandante de conformidad con el artículo 274 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. QUINTO: Se ordena la notificación de las partes de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 233 y 251 ejusdem. Así se decide.
