Maracaibo, veinte de abril de dos mil siete

ASUNTO: VP01-S-2007-000026
Visto el escrito presentado por ante la Unidad de Recepción de Documentos del Circuito Judicial Laboral de Maracaibo, en fecha dieciocho (18) de Abril de 2.007, donde, el ciudadano A.G. amplia y suficientemente identificado en autos, deja expresa constancia del desistimiento del procedimiento, es por lo que, este Tribunal Séptimo de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Circuito Judicial Laboral de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Zulia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley HOMOLOGA y da por consumado el desistimiento del mismo. ; Se imparte su aprobación pasándolo en autoridad de COSA JUZGADA. Igualmente, se condena en costas a la parte solicitante de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 62 de la Ley Orgánica procesal del Trabajo. Declarando terminado el presente procedimiento en el juicio que por SOLICITUD DE CALIFICACIÓN DE DESPIDO sigue el ciudadano A.G. en contra del BANCO CENTRAL DE VNENZUELA. Ordenándose el archivo del presente.-
