JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA. Los Teques, catorce (14) de julio de dos mil cinco (2005)-.

Vistas las actuaciones que anteceden, especialmente el documento protocolizado por ante la Oficina Subalterna de Registro del Distrito Brión del Estado Miranda, de Fecha 26 de noviembre de 1992, bajo el N° 37, folios 213 al 217, protocolo primero, Tomo 9; este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho y de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara dichas actuaciones TITULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD a favor del ciudadano: A.A., venezolano, mayor de edad, de este domicilio y titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-3.712.580; sobre las bienechurias cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones constan suficientemente identificados en la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones. Se ordena la devolución de las mismas, previa constancia en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal.-
