CONTROL FISCAL: Los funcionarios adscritos a una Unidad de Audi-
implante la organización.
Las Unidades de Auditoría Interna son una dependencia más dentro
de la estructura administrativa del ente u órgano quien se rigen por
las políticas que en materia de personal dicte la máxima autoridad
jerárquica del Órgano o Ente, sujeto a su control, ya que el legislador
no las dotó de autonomía en sus diferentes dimensiones, es decir,
orgánica, funcional y administrativa.

alta calidad y de manera independiente de la Administración Activa, lo

En el ambito de dicho sistema, tales preceptos denominados por la
administrativa de dichas Unidades, se encuentran instrumentados en
Administración Pública, serán designados mediante concurso público
autorización del Contralor General de la República. Adicionalmente, las
Normas Generales de Control Interno1, establecen en el artículo 11, la
necesaria adscripción de los organos de control interno de los organismos
la organización.
