Definitivamente firme como ha quedado la Sentencia Absolutoria dictada por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en función de Juicio N° 03 de este Circuito Judicial, en fecha 25-04-05, mediante la cual Absuelve al ciudadano C.A.R., venezolano, natural de Araure Estado Portuguesa, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº 11.540.589, de treinta y siete (37) años de edad, nacido en fecha 06-07-1967, residenciado en el Caserío Tapa de Piedra de la ciudad de Araure del Estado Portuguesa, por la comisión de los delitos de HOMICIDIO INTENCIONAL SIMPLE EN GRADO DE TENTATIVA Y RESISTENCIA A LA AUTORIDAD, previstos y sancionados en los Artículos 407 en concordancia con el Artículo 80 primer aparte y Artículo 219 numeral 1º, todos del Código Penal vigente para la época de la comisión del hecho, en perjuicio de la ciudadana L.D.C.G. y EL ORDEN PUBLICO; en consecuencia este Tribunal de Ejecución en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, ACUERDA Ejecutar la Sentencia Absolutoria, y en consecuencia se ordena la L.P. del ciudadano C.A.R., ya identificado.
Notifíquese al Fiscal del Ministerio Público, al C.A.R. y a su defensor.
Regístrese, diarícese y déjese copia. Líbrese lo conducente.
