ASUNTO: PP01-V-2010-000185
Vista la conciliación celebrada por ante este Tribunal en la presente fecha, por los ciudadanos G.D.J.B.B. y YOJARY Y.L.G., venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. 10.724.172 y 13.039.445, respectivamente, sobre la OBLIGACIÓN DE MANUTENCIÓN del ciudadano G.D.J.B.B., en beneficio del niño ..............., de 03 años de edad, mediante el cual el padre se compromete a pagar la cantidad de DOSCIENTOS BOLÍVARES (Bs. 200,00) bolívares mensuales correspondiente a la Obligación de Manutención, en beneficio del n.V.A.B.L., de 03 años de edad, y la cantidad de QUINIENTOS BOLÍVARES (Bs. 500,00) en el mes de diciembre. Así mismo, le aportará la mitad del dinero que le corresponda por el bono de juguetes por ante el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación. De igual forma, en el mes de agosto, el referido ciudadano se compromete a comprar los útiles y uniformes escolares del niño en cuestión. Ambos padres cancelarán el 50% de los gastos de medicinas, consultas médicas y exámenes médicos que requiera el niño; y por cuanto dicho acuerdo conciliatorio no vulnera los derechos de los adolescentes, el Tribunal le imparte su homologación y le da carácter de cosa juzgada, de acuerdo con los artículos 315 y 317 ejusdem.
