ASUNTO : BP02-Z-2004-002095
Por cuanto el Tribunal observa que el expediente signado con el N°. BP02-Z-2004-002497, de Pensión de Alimentos, a favor del n.A.D.C.C., Guarda relación con el expediente N°. BP02-Z-2004-002095, relacionadao con el Juicio de Divorcio, en contra de la ciudadana RADSARY N.C.P.; en consecuencia éste Tribunal de PRotección del Niño y del Adolescente, Sala de Juicio N°.02, ACUERDA acumular el expediente relacionado a la Pensión de Alimentos al expediente de Divorcio, así mismo se acuerda, corregir su foliatura desde los folios trece (13) hasta el folio veintiocho (28), ambos inclusives.- Cùmplase.-
