Se sabe que el ser humano es gregario por naturaleza, nos relacionamos
con otros seres humanos, estableciendo contactos interpersonales, par-
ticipamos en grupos, nos integramos a redes, conformamos comunida-
des y actuamos en sociedad, y para ello, hemos desarrollado el lenguaje
como vehículo de comunicación. De allí que sea inconcebible hacer
innovación de manera aislada pues el pensamiento de los demás nos
permite modi! car el nuestro (Stiglitz y Greenwald, 2014).
ECOSISTEMA P ERSONAL
Pero dentro del conjunto de relaciones generales de cada ser humano,
se crea un número menor de interacciones con actores que son más cer-
canos, que es lo que se denomina ecosistema personal. Este ecosistema
es muy importante en la medida en que es in uenciado por nosotros y
recibimos también el impacto de él, de allí el valor que tiene desde el
punto de vista de su composición y funcionamiento. El ecosistema per-
sonal se integra por la familia, los amigos, los compañeros de estudio,
colegas de trabajo y miembros cercanos de las organizaciones sociales
y políticas donde participamos.
Este ecosistema se determina en su estructura por medio del tipo de
relación que se es tablece, e n part icular s on per tinentes la intens idad,
la frecuencia, el sentido y la fortaleza de interacción. La intensidad se
