JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO YARACUY.
San Felipe, 30 de Enero del 2007
Años: 196° y 147°.
Vista la solicitud que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, así como las declaraciones de los testigos presentados por los interesados, ciudadanos: J.A.C.N., quién venezolano, mayor de edad, soltero, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nro. V-16.260.643 y E.A.E.G., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de Identidad Nro. V-11.652.615, domiciliados en el Estado Yaracuy; sin perjuicio de terceros de iguales o mejores derechos, este Juzgado Segundo de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Tránsito y Agrario de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Yaracuy, actuando en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, conforme lo previsto en el Artículo 936 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara las presentes actuaciones JUSTIFICATIVO DE UNICO Y UNIVERSAL HEREDERO, a favor de los Ciudadanos: C.M.M.D.F. (cónyuge), M.V.F.M., G.C.F.M., YUNESKA DEL VALLE FAMIGLIETTI MENDOZA y F.Y.F.M., venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de Identidad Nros. V-3.709.914, 13.096.013, 13.096.014, 15.484.413 y 18.052.625 respectivamente, y de este domicilio, como Únicos y Universales Herederos del ciudadano: F.J.F.M. (Difunto), quien en vida era Venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° V-4.124.140. Devuélvase los originales con sus resultas a los interesados y déjese copia certificada en el archivo del Tribunal. Se le asigno el Nro. 57/2007.-
