Vista la solicitud de TÍTULO SUPLETORIO que encabeza las presentes actuaciones, así como las testimoniales promovidas y evacuadas al efecto, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de tercero de igual o mejor Derecho, DECLARA TÍTULO DE POSESION SUFICIENTE O JUSTIFICATIVO JUDICIAL sobre el vehículo automotor clase Jeep, marca Toyota, sin placas, color verde, modelo 1980, serial motor 2F-391023, serial chasis F-40020129, serial de carrocería original FJ40-920129 y por cambio de cajón FJ-40-940105, a favor del ciudadano C.E.N.G., venezolano, mayor de edad, de este domicilio y titular de la Cédula de Identidad N° 2.764.436, debidamente asistido por el ciudadano E.S.A., abogado e inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 857. Devuélvase la presente solicitud original con sus resultas a la solicitante, previa anotación en el Libro Diario llevado por este Tribunal y dejándose copia certificada de este auto en el copiador de sentencia.
