Por recibido en esta misma fecha escrito contentivo del informe sobre los aspectos de hecho y de derecho, poder y antecedentes administrativos relacionados con el presente recurso contencioso electoral interpuesto conjuntamente con medida cautelar innominada de suspensión de efectos, por los abogados Y.M.J. y Sargis Ligmer Villarroel Hernández, inscritos en el Inpreabogado bajo los Nos. 61.611 y 90.668, respectivamente, actuando con el carácter de apoderados judiciales del C.N.E., se acuerda agregar al expediente judicial el respectivo informe y el poder consignados y formar una (01) pieza separada con los recaudos que acompañó al escrito, por contener antecedentes administrativos relacionados con el caso.
