Recurso contencioso administrativo de nulidad
Partes:C.R.C.S. interpone demanda de nulidad en virtud del silencio administrativo del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Industria y Comercio, al no responder el recurso jerárquico interpuesto contra la Resolución Administrativa dictada por el Registrador de la Propiedad Industrial Nro. 372 del 29.06.2015, publicada en el Boletín de la Propiedad Industrial Nro. 557 de fecha 23.07.2015, mediante la cual se negó el registro del signo distintivo "Chronosport" (Etiqueta), inscripción Nro. 2007-010710, en clase 14 del Clasificador Internacional de Productos y Servicios NIZA.
Decisión:Se emitió pronunciamiento en relación con las pruebas promovidas por la parte actora. Asimismo, se ordenó notificar a la Procuraduría General de la República, a tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 98 del texto legal que rige sus funciones.
