Este Juzgado Superior Segundo del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Aragua con sede en la ciudad de Maracay, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la apelación ejercida por la parte actora, en contra de la decisión dictada en fecha 16 de mayo de 2016, por el Juzgado Cuarto de Primera Instancia de Sustanciación, Mediación y Ejecución del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Aragua, con sede en la ciudad de Maracay. SEGUNDO: SE MODIFICA la anterior decisión bajo la motivación antes expuesta, y se declara PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda interpuesta por los ciudadanos L.M.G.L.; L.L.V.G.; S.V.G.; J.V.G. y MAYELLYS E.V.G., titulares de la cédula de identidad Nros. V- 3.285.214; 11.090.226; 12.170.000; 13.701.468 y V-13.701.468, respectivamente, contra los ciudad.....
