Nuestro vecino occidental aspiraba ante Nicara gua al reconocimiento de soberanía sobre las islas de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, ya confirmado por la Corte en 2007. También lo aspiraba sobre otros cayos y las áreas marinas y submarinas proyectadas por esos territorios. Pero la sentencia del pasado 19 de noviembre redujo radicalmente la proyección marítima de Colombia...
