Por su parte, la Superintendencia de la Instituciones del Sector Bancarios (Sudeban), dictó la Resolución No. 8, de fecha 23 de marzo de 2020 contentiva de las normas relativas a las condiciones especiales para los créditos otorgados antes de la entrada en vigencia del Decreto No. 4.168. La Resolución No. 8 todavía no ha sido publicada en Gaceta Oficial.
¿Qué medidas se contemplan para los créditos bancarios?
De manera resumida, hay dos tipos de medidas que podrán beneficiar a las personas y empresas cuya situación económica esté viéndose afectada por el Estado de Alarma:
