Tguwogp<"La reforma del Estatu to que rigiese la Transición a la Democr acia para
restablecer la vigencia de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezue-
la, aprobada al apenas finalizar el año 2022 , que de hecho es su derogatoria, le
pone término, inconstitucionalmente, al Encargado de la Presidencia de la Repú-
blica. Se limita a aprobar la continuidad constitucional de la Asamblea Nacional
electa de 2015, a cuyo efecto asume para sí las competencias propias del Poder
Ejecutivo, prosternando al poder constituyente y provocando una mutación fácti ca
en fraude de la Constitución. Destruye, así los fundamentos jurídicos y políticos
que le dieran razón de ser, le gitimidad y sentido fina lista a la llamada transición,
que ahora desaparece.

to restore the validity of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
approved at the end of 2022, which in fact is its repeal, unconstitutionally puts an
end to the Person in charge of the Presidency of the Republic. It limits itse lf to ap-
proving the constitutional continuity of the National Assembly elected in 2015, for
which purpose it assumes for itself the powers of the Executive Power, prostrating
the constituent power and causing a factual mutation in fraud of t he Constitution.
It destroys, thus, the le gal and political found ations that would give rai son d'être,
legitimacy and finalist sense to the so-called transition, which now disappears.
