CORPOELEC contra el Acto Administrativo emanado de la DIRECCIÓN ESTADAL DE S.D.L.T.D.E.Z.D.I.N.D.P., SALUD Y SEGURIDAD LABORALES (INPSASEL), de fecha 10 de diciembre de 2009, oficio 0708-2009, del expediente administrativo ZUL-47-IA-09-1131. SEGUNDO: NULO el Acto Administrativo emanado de la DIRECCIÓN ESTADAL DE S.D.L.T.D.E.Z.D.I.N.D.P., SALUD Y SEGURIDAD LABORALES (INPSASEL), de fecha 10 de diciembre de 2009, oficio 0708-2009, del expediente administrativo ZUL-47-IA-09-1131, que certificó accidente de trabajo que causó la muerte del ciudadano J.L.C.B..
