ASUNTO: AP11-V-2014-001137

Efectuada como ha sido la revisión de las actas que conforman el presente expediente, y por cuanto el mismo versa sobre una Acción Declarativa de Mera Certeza, en la que la ciudadana A.D.C.C., manifestó haber tenido una relación concubinaria con el ciudadano I.J.Z.H., y visto que para este tipo de acción se hace necesaria la intervención del Ministerio Publico, a fin de que el mismo tenga conocimiento de dicho asunto y exponga lo que crea conveniente al respecto, este Tribunal en aras de amparar el derecho a la defensa y el debido proceso consagrados y protegidos en nuestra Ley Fundamental, de conformidad con lo establecido en el articulo 514 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, acuerda dictar el presente AUTO PARA MEJOR PROVEER en el que se establece lo siguiente: Notifíquese mediante boleta al ciudadano Fiscal (de turno) Del Ministerio Publico Del Área Metropolitana De Caracas, junto con copia certificada del libelo, auto de admisión y del presente auto, a los fines que tenga conocimiento de estas actuaciones y una vez conste en autos la misma este Tribunal procederá a emitir el pronunciamiento definitivo sobre este asunto. Líbrese Boleta junto con copia certificada.
