Decreto N° 2.830, mediante el cual se establece que en ejercicio de las atribuciones que me otorga la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, en su artículo 348 y fundamentado en los artículos 70, 236 numeral 1 y 347 ejusdem, Convoco una Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, ciudadana y de profunda participación popular, para que nuestro Pueblo, como depositario del Poder Constituyente Originario, con su voz suprema, pueda decidir el futuro de la Patria, reafirmando los principios de independencia, soberanía, igualdad, paz, democracia participativa y protagónica, multiétnica y pluricultural. -( Véase N ° 6 . 2 9 5 Extraordinario de la GACETA OFICIAL DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA, de fecha 1° de mayo de 2017).
