Decreto N° 3.401, mediante el cual se exime, por el lapso de treinta (30) días continuos los controles, permisos, guías, tasas de aranceles, cobro de peaje por las Gobernaciones, procedimientos y cualquier tipo de control aplicables en los puertos, terminales e instalaciones portuarias ubicadas en el territorio nacional, para el ingreso y nacionalización de productos importados por el sector público, a los fines de garantizar su disponibilidad oportuna en las cadenas de distribución relativos a: alimentos, fármacos y repuestos para el parque automotor.
