Resumen:En mérito de las razones expuestas, esta Sala Tercera de la Corte de Apelaciones del Circuito Judicial Penal del estado Zulia, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, Declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR el recurso de apelación presentado por el profesional del derecho A.D.J.P., Defensor Público Trigésimo de Indígena con competencia Penal Ordinario adscrita a la Unidad de Defensoría Pública del estado Zulia, actuando como Defensor Público de los ciudadanos DIANELVIS J.M.M., titular de la cédula de identidad No. 25.206.086 y FRANYER RANIER M.M., titular de la cédula de identidad No.20.862.518.
