TguwogpEste artículo comenta la trágica situación del Estado en Venezuela, que

en los últimos veinte años ha terminado siendo un supuesto “Estados de derecho”

nominal, pues la declaración de la Constitución de 1999 de que es “Estados demo-

cráticos y sociales de derecho” y aún “de justicia” no tiene vigencia alguna. Así,

utilizándose inicialmente instituciones democráticas, el Estado en Venezuela ha

pasado a formar parte de un nuevo “modelo” de Estados de derecho de mentira,

falsos y fraudulentos, resultado precisamente de su falseamiento, y de la degrada-

ción o degeneración de las democracias, que han quedado convertidas en pseudo

democracias, o en democracias aparentes, falsas o engañosas.

Cduvtcev Is article comments on the tragic situation of the State in Venezuela,

which in the last twenty years has ended up being a nominal "Rule of Law State",

since the declaration of the 1999 Constitution that it is "democratic and social rule

of law State" and even "of justice" has no validity whatsoever. Thus, initially using

democratic institutions, the State in Venezuela has become part of a new "model"

of false, false and fraudulent states based on the rule of law, the result precisely of

their falsification, and of the degradation or degeneration of democracies, which

have been converted into pseudo-democracies, or into apparent, false or deceitful

democracies.
