ACTA DE INHIBICION
El suscrito, Abogado R.E.D.C., venezolano, casado, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-4.257.854, procediendo en mi condición de Juez Superior en lo Civil, Mercantil, Bancario y del T.d.P.C.J. del estado Portuguesa, declaro: Cursa ante este Tribunal Superior, la Causa Civil Nº 5.777, contentivo del juicio por acción mero declarativa de concubinato intentado por el ciudadano A.M.R., contra la ciudadana J.M.M.. Ahora bien, por cuanto en dicho juicio, emití opinión sobre lo principal del pleito, en sentencia definitiva dictada el día 15-04-2013, es por estas razones, que me INHIBO de seguir conociendo la presente causa, con fundamento en los artículos 82 ordinal 15 y 84 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, en concordancia con el artículo 26 de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. En consecuencia, particípese de esta decisión al Abogado H.P.B., Juez Superior Civil, Mercantil y T.d.S.C. de esta misma Circunscripción Judicial, en su condición de Juez Coordinador Civil de la Circunscripción Judicial del estado Portuguesa, a los fines que sea convocado el respectivo Suplente Especial que habrá de conocer y decidir la presente inhibición en virtud de que en este Primer Circuito Judicial, no existe un Juez de la misma categoría de conformidad con el artículo 93 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Anéxese al oficio respectivo, copia certificada de la presente acta de inhibición. Guanare, estado Portuguesa a los seis días del mes de Marzo de dos mil catorce.-
