Vista la diligencia presentada el 11 enero 2007 por la abogada A.R. M, cédula de identidad V- 14.437.126, Inpreabogado Nº 100.956, actuando con el carácter de sustituta de la ciudadana D.G.T., Directora General de la Consultoría Jurídica del Ministerio de Salud , mediante el cual desiste del procedimiento del recurso de nulidad interpuesta contra la Inspectoria del Trabajo Batalla de Vigirima en los Municipios Guacara, San Joaquín, D.I. Y los Guayos del Estado Carabobo, este Juzgador observa que el desistimiento no es contraria al orden público, a la moral, buenas costumbres ni disposición expresa de la ley que impida su homologación, en razón de lo cual este Juzgado impartiendo justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela por autoridad de la ley declara Homologado el desistimiento realizado por la parte querellante. Archívese el expediente.
