ÐEl totalitarismo es hoy el dragón apocalíptico de las siete cabezas que amenaza
sumergir al mundo en una ola de sangre y de terror. Hay quienes se estremecen al
oírlo nombrar con el horror instintivo que inspiran a los niños los seres creados
por la imaginación para personificar la maldad, y quienes explotan ese miedo para
lanzar el descrédito sobre determinadas ideologías o para crear un ambiente de alar-
ma y hacerse los héroes de la democracia en peligro.”

Tguwogp<"Este texto contiene comentarios al trabajo de incorporación a la Aca-
demia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia del Académico Dr. Humberto Romero-Muci,
como como académico correspondiente extranjero por Venezuela, intitulado “El
Petro Venezolano”. El nuevo académico lo califica como una forma velada de pre-
sentar una ostensible dolarización de la economía venezolana, pero en condiciones
de incertidumbre ante la potestad de las autoridades de fijar su valor. Nos dice que
el llamado cryptoactivo soberano no es una moneda, no es una unidad monetaria
de cuenta, no es un cripto activo es, al decir de nuestro nuevo Académico, un eu-
femismo ideológico para esconder la ruina económica, opacar el lenguaje y la in-
formación económica de ese país0"

lombian Academy of Jurisprudence of Academic Dr. Humberto Romero-Muci, as a
corresponding foreign academic for Venezuela, tilted “El Petro Venezolano”. The
new academic describes it as a veiled way of presenting an obvious dollarization of
the Venezuelan economy, but in conditions of uncertainty regarding the power of
the authorities to set its value. He tells us that the so-called sovereign crypto asset
is not a currency, it is not a monetary unit of account, it is not a crypto as-set, it is,
according to our new Academic, an ideological euphemism to hide economic ruin,
overshadow the language and economic information of that country0"
