Estimada comunidad académica, autores y lectores:
Es un honor presentar este volumen 29, Números consolidados 1, 2, 3 (2023) de la Revista
Gaceta Laboral, un hito que marca la reanudación formal de nuestras publicaciones tras un
periodo de pausa necesario para la reestructuración editorial y el fortalecimiento de nuestros
procesos institucionales, regresamos con renovado comprom iso en nuestra misión de
difundir conocimiento riguroso y de alto impacto en Estudios del Trabajo y Política Social.
Este intervalo nos permitió diseñar un modelo de gestión editorial más ágil, sólido y
alineado con los desafíos contemporáneos de la divulgación científica. El fruto de este
esfuerzo se materializa en el presente volumen, el cual integra de manera estratégica las
ediciones correspondientes a los números 1, 2 y 3 del año 2023. Esta entrega especial reúne
artículos originales seleccionados mediante un riguroso proceso de arbitraje por pares, este
volumen da cuenta de la versatilidad de los Estudios del Trabajo y la Política Social al
conectar temáticas que reflejan la excelencia y la diversidad metodológica que caracterizan
a nuestra comunidad científica.
Agradecemos profundamente la confianza y paciencia de los autores que mantuvieron sus
propuestas en nuestro flujo editorial, así como la dedicación del cuerpo de evaluadores e
integrantes del comité científico. Su respaldo ha sido fundamental para hacer posible este
