Visto el CONVENIMIENTO, suscrito entre las partes, F.A.O.G., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 8.491.329, abogado en ejercicio e inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el Nº 32.577, en representación de la empresa SERVICIOS Y DISTRIBUIDORA LAS MARIAS, por una parte y por la otra MAJA YSILDA EL AAWAJ AL AFIF, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V- 13.604.054, en representación de la empresa demandada FRIGORIFICO Y CHARCUTERIA TEXAS COW & CHICKEN, C.A., ambos de este domicilio de Anaco, Municipio Anaco del Estado Anzoátegui, en su carácter de demandante y demandado en el juicio que por COBRO DE BOLÍVARES (Procedimiento de Intimación), siguen ante este tribunal, mediante el cual han puesto fin a la presente demanda. El tribunal en base a ello pasa a decidir y lo hace de la siguiente manera……………………………………………………………………………………..
Quienes suscriben dicho CONVENIMIENTO tienen facultad para hacerlo, pues son partes identificadas en el presente juicio, con las facultades para realizar cualquier acto derivado del mismo, y aun más, un acto de Auto Composición procesal como el que nos ocupa, por lo que el despacho nada tiene que objetar a dicho CONVENIMIENTO y le concede la HOMOLOGACION DE LEY, ello se hace administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley. En consecuencia se deja sin efectos la medida preventiva de embargo dictada, en fecha 08-12-2004. Archívese el presente expediente. Cúmplase.
