JUZGADO SUPERIOR AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO ARAGUA CON SEDE EN MARACAY Y CON COMPETENCIA EN EL ESTADO CARABOBO

Vista la diligencia presentada por la abogada T.P.M., venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de identidad N° V-7.219.041, inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo el número 29.722, mediante la cual ratifica la prueba de informes admitida por este Tribunal en fecha trece (13) de agosto de 2012 y solicita la practica de una inspección ocular por parte de este Juzgado, este sentenciador a fin de dar repuesta a lo peticionado considera necesario resaltar que en varias oportunidades se han librado los respectivos oficios N° 1442 y 1708 dirigidos al Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agrícolas (INIA) con sede en Maracay, tal como se evidencia en los folios 245 de la segunda pieza y 183 de la tercera pieza del presente expediente, observando que hasta la presente fecha no se ha obtenido ningún tipo de repuesta del informe de pruebas requerido; de allí que, este Juzgado acuerda de conformidad y ordena oficiar a dicho instituto a los fines de que informe sobre lo peticionado; de igual forma, con respecto a la segunda solicitud se puede evidenciar que ya fue practicada una inspección judicial en fecha veinte (20) de septiembre de 2012, siendo inoficioso volver a practicar la inspección requerida por lo que se niega lo peticionado por la abogada arriba identificada. Cúmplase.
