Vista la diligencia presentada en fecha cinco (05) de noviembre de 2012 por el abogado C.C.U., inscrito en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 90.583, actuando con el carácter de apoderado judicial del C.N.E., mediante la cual solicitó copia certificada de la sentencia N° 120 dictada en fecha 19 de julio de 2012, la cual riela a los folios ciento setenta y uno (171) al ciento setenta y seis vuelto (176 Vto.) del expediente, esta Sala ACUERDA expedir su certificación.
Expídase por Secretaría la copia ordenada con inserción de la solicitud y del presente auto; todo lo antes expresado se realiza de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 22 numeral 16 de la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
