Y R.J.G., Venezolanos, Mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nº V-20.788.619 Y V-24.473.456. Por consiguiente, este Tribunal ordena declarar suficientemente las probanzas evacuadas, para acreditarle al solicitante: FIGUEROA R.A.R., venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 8.568.215, EL DERECHO DE LA POSESION SOBRE EL VEHICULO: Marca: VOLKSWAGEN, Modelo: KOMBI; Clase: CAMIONETA, Tipo: AUTOBUSETE; Año: 1975, Color: BLANCO, Serial del Motor : 0H0525740, Serial de Carrocería: 40579, Placas: S/N. Todo de conformidad con lo establecido en el Articulo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, dejando a salvo los derechos a terceros. Désele salida y devuélvase lo actuado.
