Resumen:DISPOSITIVA Por todo lo antes expuesto, este Tribunal de Control Nº 1 del Sistema Penal de Responsabilidad del Adolescente, Extensión Acarigua, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, DECRETA EL SOBRESEIMIENTO PROVISIONAL en la Causa que se le sigue a los Adolescentes IDENTIDAD OMITIDA, ya identificados, todo de conformidad a lo establecido en el Artículo 561, Literal "E" de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección del Niños, Niñas y Adolescente al imputársele la presunta comisión de unos de los delitos CONTRA LA PROPIEDAD, específicamente el delito de HURTO, previsto en el Artículo 451 del Código Penal Venezolano, en perjuicio del adolescente IDENTIDAD OMITIDA. Regístrese, diarícese, déjese copia certificada del auto dictado para su respectivo archivo, notifíquese a las partes y ofíciese lo conducente.
