Por recibidas las presentes actuaciones, en esta misma fecha 04-06-2008, procedentes del JUZGADO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO PENAL EN FUNCION DE JUICIO CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL ESTADO COJEDES SECCION ADOLESCENTES, signada bajo la denominación CAUSA Nº 1U-132-08/EXPEDIENTE: F05-0059-07, seguida a la adolescente (Se omite identidad de conformidad con los artículos, 545 y 65, parágrafo 2° de la Ley Orgánica de Protección del Niño y del Adolescente), por la comisión del delito de ABORTO PROCURADO, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 430 del Código Penal, remitidas a este Juzgado de Primera Instancia Penal en Función de Ejecución del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal del Adolescente de este Circuito Judicial Penal, en DOS (02) PIEZAS, la primera constante de Doscientos Treinta y Tres (233) Folios útiles y la segunda de Ciento Trece (113) folios útiles, en virtud de haber quedado definitivamente firme la Sentencia dictada por el Tribunal en fecha 19-05-2008.- Désele entrada en esta misma fecha a la causa signada por este Tribunal bajo el No. 1E-199-08, en las dos piezas precitadas. Se tiene para decidir. ASI SE DECIDE POR ESTE TRIBUNAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE EJECUCION DEL SISTEMA DE RESPONSABILIDAD PENAL DE ADOLESCENTES DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DEL STADO COJEDES, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY. Notifíquese a las partes. Cúmplase.-
