Este Juzgado Superior Segundo del Trabajo de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Aragua con sede en la ciudad de Maracay, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR el recurso de apelación interpuesto por la parte demandada, contra la sentencia recurrida. SEGUNDO: SE MODIFICA la referida decisión recurrida, bajo la motivación de esta Alzada. TERCERO: Se declara PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda por Prestaciones Sociales y demás beneficios laborales interpuesta por la ciudadana F.S., titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nro V-20.336.797, contra de la sociedad mercantil YOA`S ESTUDIO DE BELLEZA, C.A. a cancelar la cantidad de CUATROCIENTOS NOVENTA Y CUATRO MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES CON 04/100 (Bs. 494.483,04), por concepto de Prestaciones Sociales y demás beneficios laborales; mas el pago de los intereses sobre prestaciones sociales, Intereses de Mora y la indexación o cor.....
