Extradition — Conditions of — Absence of Extradition Treaty.

The Facts.—Mexico sought the extradition of Luis Galarza de la Peña, a Mexican national, on a charge of embezzlement. There was no extradition treaty between Mexico and Venezuela.

Held: that the extradition request should be granted.
